Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us directly at fancythatkingston@gmail.com or give us a call (613) 547-2041. We will need the name the order was placed under, as well as the order number.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if a return is being issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including swimwear, undergarments and all products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item!

Sale items and giftcards are always final sale, no exception. 

Refunds

Our policy for in-store shopping does not include refunds but we understand purchasing online can be challenging. Because of this, we will offer refunds for special situations on clothing + footwear if we are unable to find a better size or style for you!
